Q. What kind of warranties to you have for the work that you do?
A. Typically we provide a one year warranty for our
labor and workmanship. Manufacturers may provide additional warranties on products. EIFS
warranties typically start at five years.
Q. Do you do estimates?
A. Yes we do.
Q. Do you carry insurance and worker's comp?
A. Yes.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Since 1992.
Q. Do you do residential drywall?
A. We do upscale homes requiring specialty
drywall and decorative plaster systems.
Q. Do you do painting?
A. It depends on the project.
Q. What is an interior contractor?
A. An interior contract is a contract that works in
Division 9 which includes light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, and acoustical
ceilings. We also perform heavier gauge framing (18 and above - Section 05400) as well.
Insulation is typically in Division 7, but we also perform certain aspects of this work as well.
